Daniel currently resides in Hutto, Texas. He has been working at Samsung Semiconductor for the past 7 years where he was recently promoted to Tech II. Most recently he has traveled to Taiwan for training on new equipment that will be used in the new Samsung factory in Taylor.

Daniel was originally a car guy but was introduced to offroad activities through his mom. He went with her on her very first wheeling adventure when she purchased her first jeep in 2014. This past year he finally traded in his Dodge Challenger on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. In a few short months he has added a leveling kit, new heavy duty front bumper and a Warn winch. He just attended his first offroad event, the Toyota Jamboree, in Barnwell Mountain out in East Texas.

Daniel decided to get into a 4×4 to get out and meet new people and have more options on getting off the paved roads where he could get back into more camping and exploring the great outdoors. He found his first offroad outing pretty easy, a whole lot of fun, and he is looking forward to hitting some harder trails in the future as he continues to upgrade his truck.

In his spare time Daniel likes to hunt, fish, and enjoy traveling when possible. He is teaming up with his mom for some great adventures during the 2024 rally.
